The Challenge
Certification bodies and engineers working in electrical and gas compliance were spending hours on manual paperwork — filling out PDF forms, tracking certificates across spreadsheets, and manually managing companies, instruments, and governing bodies. This process was slow, error-prone, and difficult to scale as their client base grew.
What We Built
AlCert is a web application that digitizes the entire certification workflow. Engineers can generate compliant PDF certificates directly from the platform, while admins manage companies, engineers, instruments, and governing bodies from a single dashboard.

Results
Since launching, AlCert has significantly reduced the time engineers spend on documentation — turning a process that used to take hours into one that takes minutes. The centralized dashboard also gives administrators clear visibility into certification activity across their entire operation.
